My passionate lies in guiding children, adolescents, and families to feel understood, supported, and empowered. I believe every young person deserves a safe space where they can build confidence, develop skills, and navigate life’s challenges with support that feels compassionate and practical.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I work closely with children, teens, parents, and schools to better understand each individual’s unique needs and to create strategies that support emotional wellbeing, learning, behaviour, and everyday functioning.

I have a particular interest in supporting young people experiencing challenges related to attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, anxiety, and social development. I aim to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while building meaningful skills and resilience.

I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process approachable, welcoming, and tailored to each family’s goals. Whether we are working through assessments, coaching, or school-related concerns, my focus is always on helping young people thrive both emotionally and academically, and providing the tools and confidence for parents to be the best parent they can be...and enjoy the journey along the way.

My work centres around my passion of supporting children, adolescents, and their families when things feel uncertain and overwhelming.

My background includes qualifications in Youth Work, Aboriginal Studies, Community Welfare, and Psychology, as well as being Nervous System School Trained.

I’ve put this into practice working in youth accommodation services, the NSW Children’s Court, the NSW school system, and private practice.

I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent young people, particularly those with autism and ADHD. I am passionate about supporting families and schools better understand a young person’s strengths and needs, and finding current, evidence-based, practical ways to support them to feel confident, capable, and understood.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me doing yoga, playing pickleball, reading, drinking matcha, or watching a "good" 80’s movie.
